Preserving Narrow Gauge Past for the Future (PNGPF)
With funds from our previous campaigns, our volunteers have restored countless historic freight cars, classic passenger cars, maintenance of way equipment, trackside structures dating back to the 1880s and the iconic steam locomotive 463. In addition a Master Interpretive Plan for the entire 64 mile line has been developed and exhibit designs have been created for visitor experience enhancement and a future visitor center and museum. While these are commendable accomplishments, there is much to be done.

Now is the time to concentrate our development efforts on supporting the more intensive restoration work needed to preserve/restore the C&TS RR's unique assets and providing for the basic operating funds to support these projects.
